Return and Exchange Policy IN SHORT If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will happily provide you with a replacement. If you're dissatisfied with the product, you can return it or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. IN DETAIL If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, what steps should you take? No need to fret – we'll swiftly replace it with the correct item you ordered. In the event that you receive products you didn't order, or they're damaged or defective, please retain them in their original packaging and reach out to us via email at support@snapack.com, providing our representative with the relevant details of your package. To expedite the process, our Customer Support team may request visual evidence, such as photos or videos, of the products. How do I initiate a return or exchange request? You may return or exchange your Snapack product, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Please email support@snapack.com with your order details to initiate the return. Please note we DO NOT refund or exchange products that are: Used Without the original packaging Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.) Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose When will I receive my refund? Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is received by our Quality Assurance Team, which may take a week, and it is confirmed that it fits within our Returns Policy. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 business days for the refund to be made to your original payment method. Will you refund my shipping if I return my order? Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the case of a manufacturing defect on an international order, we will send a replacement with photographic proof of defect. Do I need to pay any customs duties? Import taxes, duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs fees levied on your items will be the customer’s responsibility. What if I reject the receipt of your product? We will not process a refund on packages marked as Return to Sender. Rejecting receipt of a package (a.k.a., "Return to Sender", or "RTS") is considered returning the package without a return request initiated with our team and may be charged up to 50% of the retail value as a restocking fee. Any fees or shipping charges incurred by the unauthorized return of the package will be re-billed to the customer in the form of a deduction from any applicable refund amount. In cases where the rejected package costs more than the order itself, a refund is not possible. Any shipping and/or customs charges billed to a Snapack shipping account and not explicitly authorized by Snapack will be billed to the customer. Snapack is not responsible for invalid shipping addresses; we will ship to the address you provide on your order. Snapack is also not responsible for a customer’s failure to respond to a carrier’s pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be Returned to Sender or destroyed by the ground carrier and will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
